How do I book a consultation?

Visit our Bookings page, select your professional specialty, choose a consultant, pick an available time slot, and complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

How do I become a consultant?

If you're a qualified professional, you can apply through our Consultant Sign Up page. You'll need to provide your professional credentials for verification.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us for assistance with specific situations.

How are consultants verified?

All consultants on our platform are verified professionals. We check their qualifications, professional registrations (e.g., AHPRA, Engineers Australia), and identity before they can offer services.

How do consultants get paid?

Consultants receive payments via Stripe Connect. After each consultation, the payment (minus any platform fees) is transferred to your connected bank account according to Stripe's standard payout schedule.
